galerie lange + pult is pleased to present its season opening show «Panorama» . This exhibition is the first complete review of an interesting artistic momentum that started in the early 80’ in the French speaking part of Switzerland with John Armleder and Olivier Mosset as an anchor point.
“Panorama” puts into light the points of intersection and interference within the respective artistic working methods by showing the relationship between three generations of artists. Even if the work of these artists can rightly be attributed to the tradition of the Swiss School of Abstract Art, the show evidences the existence of an artistic movement that is still going on nowadays.
